Privacy policy.
Information on how Thrivia will handle personal data should be published here before the website goes live.
Who handles your data
Thrivia operates this website. The full legal entity name and contact details must be inserted and verified before public launch.
What we collect
When you enquire, we collect your first name, last name, business name, email address and phone number. We may also record the page you visited, referral information, campaign parameters and the date of your enquiry. Calendly collects booking details when you choose a time.
Why we use it
We use enquiry details to respond to your request and arrange a consultation. Our proposed lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering a contract, with legitimate interests considered for limited related administration where appropriate. We do not treat form submission as automatic consent to unrelated marketing.
Services involved
The website may connect to Calendly for scheduling, Retell AI for visitor-initiated voice demonstrations, and n8n for securely processing enquiries once configured. Their own privacy notices and any international data transfers must be reviewed and described before launch.
Voice demos
If you start the AI demo, your microphone audio is transmitted to the voice-service provider to deliver the conversation. Do not share sensitive personal information in a demo. Recording, transcription and retention settings must be checked in Retell and disclosed accurately before launch.
How long we retain information
Enquiry and demo data retention limits need to be determined and documented before launch. Data should not be kept for longer than necessary.
Your choices and rights
You may have rights to access, correct, erase or restrict use of your personal information, and to object in some circumstances. Include a verified contact email/address here before publication. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
Cookies and analytics
Essential website functionality may use limited browser storage. If you enable non-essential analytics or advertising cookies, configure an appropriate consent solution before they run.
